As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be an essential member of the legal team, supporting your attorney team through all stages of litigation while ensuring cases move forward efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, case management conference statements, and other legal documents
  • Coordinate court filings and ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines
  • Manage litigation calendars, hearings, deadlines, and case logistics
  • Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, evidence, and production documents
  • Draft discovery requests and responses, including interrogatories and document productions
  • Gather, review, and summarize information from various sources
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, witness coordination, and exhibit management
  • Support settlement preparations and case resolution efforts
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and legal vendors

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury
  • Strong understanding of California court procedures, deadlines, and litigation practices
  • Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and litigation-related documents
  • Knowledge of discovery, evidence, and litigation documentation
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced computer proficiency and experience with legal software platforms

Compensation= $38-44/hr.
